AJAR Recruitment Services is an international recruitment, placement, and migration consulting agency operating across Europe and Africa. We specialise in connecting skilled job seekers with verified employers and providing comprehensive visa, work permit, and relocation support services.

By accessing or using the AJAR Recruitment Services website, portals, or any of our services — including submitting an application, uploading documents, booking interviews, or making payments — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all candidates, employers, partners, and any other party interacting with AJAR Recruitment Services.

AJAR Recruitment Services provides the following services:

• Job Placement: Matching candidates with verified employers across Europe (Lithuania, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Georgia, and others).
• Visa & Work Permit Assistance: Guidance and coordination of visa applications, work permits, and immigration documentation.
• Skills Assessment: Online competency assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
• CV Building & Optimisation: Professional CV creation and formatting services.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinating interviews between candidates and recruiters or employers.
• Programme Enrolment: Lithuania Work Visa Programme, Georgia Programme, Ukraine Programme, Internship Programmes, and other structured migration pathways.
• Document Verification: Review and verification of candidate identity and qualification documents.
• Candidate Portal: A secure online portal for tracking application status, uploading documents, and managing the full recruitment journey.

Recruitment is 100% FREE for candidates. Employer placement fees and programme fees (where applicable) are clearly communicated before any commitment is made.

As a candidate using our services, you agree and confirm that:

• All personal information, documents, certificates, and qualifications you submit are genuine, accurate, and belong to you.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any fees paid, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• You consent to AJAR Recruitment Services sharing your application, CV, and supporting documents with relevant employers and immigration authorities in connection with the role(s) you apply for.
• You are responsible for informing us promptly of any changes to your personal details, passport, qualifications, or circumstances that may affect your application.
• You will attend all scheduled interviews and assessments or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellation.
• You understand that visa and work permit approval is subject to the decision of the relevant immigration authority and is not guaranteed by AJAR.
• You will only apply through our official website. Applications submitted via WhatsApp, Telegram, or third parties are not accepted and are not the responsibility of AJAR Recruitment Services.

Certain programmes — including but not limited to the Lithuania Work Visa Programme, Georgia Programme, and Ukraine Programme — require a programme fee to cover visa processing, work permit coordination, employer liaison, accommodation arrangement, and pre-departure support.

• Fee Transparency: All programme fees are disclosed to candidates before any payment is requested. You will receive a written breakdown of what the fee covers.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total programme fee) is required upon acceptance into a programme to initiate the visa and employer matching process.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due once your documents are approved and prior to departure or visa submission, as outlined in your individual agreement.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as communicated. All payment instructions will be provided via official AJAR email correspondence only.
• Proof of Payment: All payments must be accompanied by proof of payment (bank receipt or transaction confirmation) uploaded via the candidate portal.
• Currency: Programme fees are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Fraud Warning: AJAR will never request payment via informal channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, personal bank accounts, or cryptocurrency. Any such request is fraudulent — report it immediately to info@ajarrecruitmentservices.co.uk.

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Non-refundable Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable once the visa or work permit process has commenced or documents have been submitted to authorities.
• Visa Refusal: In the event of a genuine visa refusal by the immigration authority (not caused by candidate fraud, incomplete documents, or failure to comply with requirements), AJAR will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or alternative placement at its discretion.
• Candidate Withdrawal: If a candidate voluntarily withdraws from the programme after the process has begun, no refund of fees paid will be issued.
• AJAR Cancellation: If AJAR Recruitment Services cancels a programme or is unable to fulfil its placement obligations through no fault of the candidate, a full refund of fees paid will be issued within 30 business days.
• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to coo@ajarrecruitmentservices.co.uk with supporting documentation.

• Employers and partners agree to use candidate data solely for evaluating and hiring for the specific role(s) submitted through AJAR.
• Employers must not share, sell, or transfer candidate information to any third parties without candidate consent.
• All job postings submitted to AJAR must be genuine, accurately described, and compliant with applicable employment laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Employers agree to AJAR Recruitment Services' standard placement fee terms as agreed in a separate written agreement.
• Employers must notify AJAR of any changes to a job role, contract, or employment offer before or after a candidate has been placed.

AJAR Recruitment Services is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• We collect and process personal data only for the purposes of recruitment, placement, and immigration support.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of your recruitment process without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@ajarrecruitmentservices.co.uk.

All applications must be submitted through the official AJAR Recruitment Services website at www.ajarrecruitmentservices.co.uk. Applications made through unofficial channels will not be processed.

• Any person claiming to represent AJAR through WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal social media accounts is not authorised and may be fraudulent.
• Candidates may track their application status at any time through the candidate portal using their Application ID.

AJAR Recruitment Services provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on our website. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be successfully placed in a role, that any visa application will be approved, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate through our platform. Outcomes are subject to third-party decisions including immigration authorities and employers, which are beyond AJAR's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AJAR Recruitment Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, employment opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to any party shall not exceed the total amounts paid by that party to AJAR in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of AJAR Recruitment Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our branding or identity for fraudulent recruitment purposes is a criminal offence and will be prosecuted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. For users located in the European Union, applicable mandatory EU consumer protection laws also apply and are not excluded by these Terms. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
