Browse available programmes or job vacancies and choose the one that matches your qualifications.
Upload Clear & Complete Documents
Submit all required documents in clear, readable format. Incomplete uploads delay processing.
AJAR Reviews & Verifies
Our team reviews your application and verifies the authenticity of your documents.
Screening or Interview
Qualified candidates proceed to screening assessments or scheduled interviews.
Employer Reviews Shortlist
Shortlisted candidates are presented to the employer or partner for review.
Formal Documents Issued
Where applicable, formal employment and immigration documents are issued.
Payments Per Official Invoice
Payments are made only according to an official AJAR invoice and written agreement. No informal payments.
Application Updates
Receive all updates through the official AJAR platform — not via personal messages.
Travel or Deployment
Travel or deployment takes place only after all necessary approvals and documentation are complete.

Track your application through these clearly defined stages. Each status tells you exactly where you are in the process.
Application Received
Your application has been successfully submitted.
Under Review
AJAR is reviewing your application and documents.
Documents Required
Additional or corrected documents are needed.
Interview Scheduled
An interview has been arranged.
Employer Review
Your profile is with the employer for consideration.
Approved
Your application has been approved.
Payment Pending
An invoice has been issued and payment is due.
Work-Permit Processing
Work-permit application is in progress.
Visa Processing
Visa application is in progress.
Completed
The process is complete and deployment has taken place.
Unsuccessful
The application was not successful. Feedback may be available.
